Meet Carley
THE PERSON BEHIND EVERY PIECE — AND EVERY CONVERSATION.

Why I started Reale Jewelry Design
Your jewelry tells your story.
RJD has grown from my personal passion for jewelry and its ability to tell a story. My favorite pastime is sitting down with my mother and opening her jewelry box, hearing the who, the what, and the significance behind each piece. Her jewelry felt like mini time capsules.
My family has long believed that heirlooms should evolve with you. Together, we have redesigned meaningful pieces so they can be worn daily and their origin stories can continue to be told. And sometimes, a new chapter calls for a new piece entirely, one created specifically to mark the moment as it happens.
We give and receive jewelry for some of life's biggest milestones: engagements, anniversaries, births, achievements. Yet the experience of purchasing such a meaningful gift often feels impersonal. A showroom. A sales pitch. A stock piece. A quick decision from a few options, and sometimes the lingering uncertainty of whether you made the right choice.
I created RJD to change that.

A different kind of jewelry experience
Every project starts with a real conversation — not a sales pitch. I sit down with you (in person or virtually), learn about what you’re looking for, and walk you through your options. Whether you’re shopping for an engagement ring, redesigning a family heirloom, or creating something completely custom, I guide you through every step.
I work with a network of trusted bench jewelers and stone suppliers to source the best materials for your project. I handle the research, the design planning, and the communication — so you can focus on the exciting part: watching your vision come to life.
My goal is simple: by the time you hold your finished piece, you should feel confident that you made the right choice, that you understand what you’re getting, and that the experience was worth it.

It’s personal — every time
I’m a full-time nurse and a jewelry designer, and both roles share the same core: taking care of people. In nursing, that means advocating for my patients. In jewelry, it means advocating for my clients — making sure you’re educated, informed, and never pressured into something that doesn’t feel right.
I believe you deserve to understand what you’re buying. I believe inherited jewelry shouldn’t sit in a drawer because you don’t know what to do with it. And I believe the most important purchases of your life deserve someone who treats them that way.
That’s what Reale Jewelry Design is all about.
